Do you remember the non-sense of some time ago? It appears that KimDotCom the guy behind Megaupload started a new cloud based sharing file service..
It looks like a MegaUpload version 2.0. If i understood correctly you can upload a file, the file is encrypted by the service and gives you a password, then you can choose to share the file public or keep the file private (basically with or without sharing the password). All is cloud-based and probably no cloud server is in USA… 
There are various account types.. the free account gives 50 gb of space to store files.
