The new game is like a road race or horse race. Not really an Asian theme I suppose. We ran it a couple of times and it was pretty cool. I'll give more details later, like the skills available and such.

Coming Soon Next month Arena Net has come up with the idea in reference to the Chinese New Year, in this case Canthan New Year!
There will be new quests and prizes given out to the highest scorers..
ArenaNet let us those who went to Community Day `06/`07 a sneak peak of one of the events that is included in Canthan New Year Event and that is
"Roller Beetle Race"
Now this was only in testing when we had the chance to play, so some of the info may change by the Events release.
All Six of us got a Rollerbeetle, then we hit the enter mission button, waiting for the count down and bang... We were off rolling down the path trying to be the first to the finish line. meanwhile, there are skills you can use while rolling around, and these skills are as follows...
Ram: You and target touched roller beetle are knocked down.
Harden Shell: For X second(s), you move extremely fast.
Super Rollerbeetle: For X second(s), you move extremely fast, and cannot be knocked down.
Rollerbeetle Echo: For X second(s), this skill is replaced with the next Skill you use. Rollerbeetle Echo acts as this Skill for 30 seconds.
Distracting Lunge: All of the target touched Rollerbeetle's skills are disabled for X second(s).
Rollerbeetle Blast: Target rollerbeetle is knocked down.
Spit Rocks: Spit rocks at target Rollerbeetle, if they hit that Rollerbeetle is knocked down.
Fun was had by all and each and everyone of us had shown our approval
