HyperCam version 2, a product of Hyperionics, is now offered free for world-wide usage. There is also a version 3 which is still sold as a commercial product.
WARNING: When you install the software pay attention since it will install Babylon Toolbar on the system unless unchecked during setup. Fullscreen applications capture not supported
