At this website there is a project aiming at adding to the mugen the multiplayer online option, more there is a good comunity and a fine collection of old Dragon Ball Z mugen games, most of them are notfully compatible with windows, but they should still work in modern windows xp with some minor glitch.
So to summarize:
–Mugen Online (work in progress)
-List of old DBZ mugen games

So it seems a french team is working on this mugen project based on the Saint Seiya Warriors (manga/anime), as far as i know the project is still alive, and when completed will allow to play with 15 characters..
