Resident Evil Gaiden is a hidden gem from the early 2000s that many fans of the franchise have never played or even heard of. Because it was released late in the Game Boy Color’s life and never ported to other systems, Resident Evil Gaiden remains a rare and underrated title. Not officially part of the main Resident Evil timeline it’s considered non-canon by Capcom. That means its events don’t influence or connect directly to the story of the franchise.
Infinity for Game Boy Color has been released in unfinished state! Developers made a ROM file available, as well as the source code. The Infinity ROM file can be played in a Game Boy Color emulator. Developers recommend RetroArch or OpenEmu with the Gambatte core. The game can also be burned onto a cartridge if you have the equipment. The Infinity ROM and source code may only be used for non-commercial purposes.
