The original TAGAP (2007) returns with a brand new v2.0 update!
TAGAP will return.TAGAP 3 runs on a brand new engine built for High-Definition 2-D gaming, featuring many modern niceties like procedural skeletal animation systems, shaders and the like. The MOD support has been expanded even further as well, this time letting the user modify all those objects that used to be defined in-engine.

Dr. Glowenko is a mad scientist who succeeded to connect living brain into a computer with the aid of his designdrug, TAGAP (Tissue-Augmenting, Green, Addictive Pill). Your task is to kill everything and locate the exit. Keep doing this until you face the big boss and nail it to win the game.
In the zip there is the .exe to run the game on Win98 WinMe too.
