Total War: Warhammer 40,000 is officially announced (first creative assembly game that will launch on PC and console) at The Game Awards 2025. Some days earlier it was also announced Medieval Total War 3 (someone at creative assembly must have played crusader kings 3 lol).
Estimated release dates.
Total War Warhammer 40k : Late 2026 or 2027
Medieval Total war 3: Late 2027 – 2028
