Quake II AI is an experimental tech demo created by Microsoft using Muse AI, an artificial intelligence model designed for game development. It generates gameplay sequences inspired by the classic 1997 game Quake II, allowing players to experience a dynamically generated version of the game in a web browser.
However, this AI-generated version has several limitations, including blurred graphics, unresponsive controls, and short memory, which causes objects and enemies to disappear if they’re out of view for more than a second. Microsoft describes it as a tool for rapid prototyping and game preservation, rather than a direct replacement for traditional game development.

The next evolution of Rainbow Six Siege was revealed today at the Siege X Showcase. Launching on June 10, Siege X will introduce Dual Front, a dynamic new 6v6 game mode, as well as deliver foundational upgrades to the core game (including visual enhancements, an audio overhaul, rappel upgrades, and more) alongside revamped player protection systems, and free access that will allow players to experience the unique tactical action of Rainbow Six Siege at no cost.

We want to share extra special news today! It’s now easier than ever to access World of Warships and continue your progression through the platform of your choice. With the release of Update 14.2, we’re introducing a long-awaited feature: you can link your existing account to Steam and freely play using the platform, even if your account wasn’t created through Steam!
When the integration with Steam was first implemented, such a thing wasn’t possible; however, over the past few years, we’ve been working on updating the system to bring these changes to all Wargaming titles, and recent updates were a crucial part of the necessary preparations.
Thanks to extensive improvements to our account infrastructure, you can now seamlessly switch between Steam and the Wargaming Game Center (WGC) while keeping your in-game progress.
This update is part of our ongoing effort to enhance platform flexibility and convenience for all players.
You can link your accounts via the Steam client as soon as Update 14.2 launches, but the link will only start working after March 6(7).

Mod makers, rejoice! We’ve just released a massive update to the Source SDK, adding all the Team Fortress 2 client and server game code. This update will allow content creators to build completely new games based on TF2. We’re also doing a big update to all our multiplayer back-catalogue Source engine titles (TF2, DoD:S, HL2:DM, CS:S, and HLDM:S), adding 64-bit binary support, a scalable HUD/UI, prediction fixes, and a lot of other improvements!
Unlike the Steam Workshop or local content mods, this SDK gives mod makers the ability to change, extend or rewrite TF2, making anything from small tweaks to complete conversions possible.
The SDK is licensed to users on a non-commercial basis, meaning that any mod created using the SDK must be free, and any content in those mods must be free. TF2 mods may be published on the Steam Store, and after publication will appear as new games in the Steam game list.
Players have a lot of investment in their TF2 inventories, and Steam Workshop contributors have created of a lot of that content. The majority of items in the game now are thanks to the hard work of the TF2 community. To respect that, we’re asking TF2 mod makers continue to respect that connection, and to not make mods that have the purpose of trying to profit off Workshop contributors’ efforts. We’re hoping that many mods will continue to allow players access their TF2 inventory, if this makes sense for the mod.
