According to this Post on Steam the Free Ork players idea has been deleted.It will be probably a limited Free trial for people to see the game before deciding to buy. But it is too early to say, the game full release is 6-12 months away if not more. If you like wh40k and-or you want to support this game, buy it, it is in early access on Steam.
