The King of the Wood is a nice fps inspired by deus ex machina and blade runner. A very short game, both adventure and shooter in equal parts, You have to find and “retire” a rogue android in a mansion outside of Eugene, Oregon. However, the android has equipped his home with various defensive measures, such as cameras and drones.

Find your way with guns, cover, become invisible, move and throw objects, avoid security cameras, or flank the enemy. You choose.
This game is made by students of UPC University, as Final project of the Master’s degree The Creation and Development of Videogames.
It’s some time now that this game is around with development and testing, it seems that everybody will start the fighting on July 9th 2013, when Firefall will go Open Beta.
